GNAS cards must be shown when booking in
GNAS Rule 307 – Dress Regulations applies
In accordance with GNAS Child Protection policy all wishing to take photographs must register with the Tournament Organiser. Juniors must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the shoot.
All carbon shafts will not be permitted. Except for wooden arrows, all arrows must be able to be found with a metal detector along their full length and any lost arrows must be found before leaving the tournament
Regrettably dogs are not allowed on the field
All Archers must approach the shooting ground from the Langar Industrial Estate via Coach Gap Lane, not from the Barnstone end of Works Lane.
Car Parking will be in the car park next to the Barnstone Country Club.
No cars are to be parked on the side of the road due to Lafarge lorries requiring access to the Lafarge Cement Works all day.
Catering facilities will be available from Barnstone Country Club before the shoot and during lunch. Refreshments including tea, coffee, sandwiches (including excellent Bacon, sausage and chip rolls, Pie and Chips – please let us know in advance if you want Pies as they are home made) subject to availability.
Presentations will be in the Barnstone Country Club after the shoot, during which a fully licenced bar will be open

On 12th March 2011, Belvoir Archers, under the whistle of Mike Spare – Nottinghamshire County Archery Society -shot their first arrows. All 7 founder members shot an Agincourt Volley.
This was followed by the first Founder Members Shoot – which will be shot on the anniversary of the formation of the club
