Saturday 1st June saw our annual Novice shoot for 3rd, 2nd and 1st class archers called the 2&3 shoot.

15 archers from 6 different clubs and 3 counties took part.  It was a nice warm day, overcast with the sun poking through at times.

Everyone shot well and enjoyed the day.

It was nice to see Jane Burton and Paul Moran come over from Sherwood Archers to support thier club archers, and a thankyou to the both of you for helping out on the day

Mel Warer, President of Kirby Muxloe Archery Club made a visit at the end of the day to see how the shoot went on.  He is running a similar shoot for the first time in Leicestershire at the end of the month.  Mel became our Lord Paramout for the day.
